Madeleine is passionate about language, cultural understanding, history, and social evolution. With a career that bridges continents and disciplines, she has dedicated her life to fostering understanding through language. This was the inspiration behind her translation company, Ardilla Language Solutions, formerly Ardilla Translations.

Madeleine's journey has taken her across the United States, Latin America, and Europe, enriching her perspective and enhancing her ability to understand diverse cultural contexts.

Educational background and professional experience

Madeleine holds a Bachelor’s degree in History with a Minor in Spanish. Her academic path continued with two Master’s degrees: one in American Studies and another in Spanish.

Throughout her career, Madeleine has translated academic works and supported various cultural projects that highlight the importance of accurate and thoughtful communication. Her areas of expertise include cultural studies, historical research, religions and spiritualities, and literary analysis. She hopes to always demonstrate deep respect for linguistic and cultural authenticity.

Currently, Madeleine channels her extensive experience into Ardilla Language Solutions, where she offers high-quality translation services. Through Ardilla Language Solutions, Madeleine’s mission is to use her skills to facilitate connection, support cultural dialogue, and deliver impeccable translations that resonate with meaning and clarity.

Beyond translation, Madeleine writes poetry and her work has recently begun to find its way into print publications.

Additionally, she shares her insights and experiences through her (originally Spanish-language) blog, where she discusses living with and recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI) / persistent post concussion syndrome (PPCS). This platform is a testament to her dedication to communication, connection, and community engagement. This blog is now available in Spanish and English both.
